1.Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.
2.Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Clients must notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements before the event.

While we take every reasonable precaution to avoid cross-contamination, food is prepared in kitchens where allergens are present.

We cannot guarantee any product is completely free from allergens.
3.Catering Equipment

All catering equipment, including but not limited to chafing dishes, serving utensils, trays, tables, linens, and display items supplied us, remains the property of Wilo's Kitchen unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all hired or loaned equipment is kept safe, secure, and available for collection at the agreed time following the event. Additional charges may apply for any lost or damaged equipment.
4.Photography

We may photograph food displays and event setups for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.
